Arsenal – Lincoln City Betting: Back the Gunners to win to nil

The Gunners will want to put behind what was a miserable week in Europe when they host the Imps

Arsenal welcome non-league outfit Lincoln City to the Emirates Stadium in the quarter finals of the FA Cup on Saturday evening.
It was a disastrous week for Arse Wenger’s men as they crashed out of the Uefa Champions League, losing 10-2 on aggregate to Bayern Munich in the last 16. It was the North London outfit’s fifth defeat in seven games in all competitions. Arsenal have only lost four times at home this season and should have no trouble seeing off Lincoln City, quoted at odds of (1.08) with Bet365.
Danny Cowley’s side have been the surprise of the FA Cup this season. They are the first non-league side to make it to this stage of the competition since 1914 and the farthest they have come in their 133-year history. Having dispatched Burnley at Turf Moor in the previous round, the Imps are offered by the same firm at odds of (26.00) for a shock victory.
Theo Walcott Franck Ribery Arsenal Bayern Munich
A draw is available at odds of (15.00).
Lincoln are surprisingly on better form than their opponents. They are the current leaders of the English National League, the fifth tier of the English football league system. They are also on a ten game unbeaten run in all competitions.
Punters having the confidence to see them cause an upset in North London can back odds of (8.50) for a double chance.
Such an upset might be very difficult as Arsenal have won 18 of their last 20 FA Cup matches. Avoiding defeat at (1.01) thus favours them.
Having seen off another non-league side Sutton United 2-0 in the previous round, Wenger’s charges are (1.57) to win to nil.

Both teams not finding the back of the net is on the table at odds of (1.50).
The Gunners matches in this season’s FA Cup has averaged three goals. Backing that outcome is priced at (1.22) with Bet365.
Theo Walcott who scored Arsenal’s only goal in the midweek humiliation by Bayern, has not scored at home in the FA Cup since January 2012. Bookies back the English forward to score first at (3.75) and (1.44) anytime.
